An experienced communicator, Mike has an extensive background in high profile crisis communications and media management and regularly lectures on effective communications. He specialises in the use of social media and the provision of insight and analysis reporting using social media tools. Mike has worked widely with organisations across both the public and private sectors.
In addition to his social media skills, Mike is an experienced trainer and designs, develops and delivers strategic level courses and key staff workshops focusing on senior team development, strategic performance delivery, delivery of customer centric services and effective communications. He provides consultancy and training services to the majority of UK police forces.

Alan specialises in improving performance by linking personal and team development to creative strategies for your organisation that people can understand and work with. He has worked with clients from the UK, Eastern and Western Europe, China, Iraq, UAE, Africa, Australia and America including the police service, health service, education, corporate communications, construction engineering and an energy company.
He has also worked with clients and delivered programmes in Holland, Spain, Bermuda, Africa and the Middle-East.
Alan is a Chartered Manager and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), a Fellow of the Institute for Learning (FIfL) and a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

Diane Lowe Msc (crim)
Speciality: Coaching, mentoring, team building, senior women’s development
Diane has a proven track record in training delivery and personal development. Diane designs, develops and delivers innovative diversity training for individuals and organisations. Specialising in the development of key personal skills for effective leaders, including transformational leadership and emotional intelligence, Diane delivers highly effective development training for women in, or aspiring to, senior leadership roles.
Diane has designed and delivers flagship Strategic Performance modules throughout the UK, including the Scottish and Northern Irish Police Colleges. These senior level courses prepare officers for the highest ranks in the Police Service. She also delivers specialist leadership training and team development programmes and has delivered courses in Europe and Africa. In addition to her work within the senior levels of the police service, Diane has undertaken a range of programmes with wider, multi sector audiences, such as the Windsor Leadership Trust, a charitable organisation dedicated to the development of future leaders in the public and private sector.
Diane holds a masters degree in criminology, a post graduate certificate in education and life coaching certificates.
Trevor Service BSc(Hons)
Speciality: Training in community capacity and confidence building in post-conflict environments. Police service reform and accountability mechanisms.
Trevor is a qualified and experienced trainer and holds a professional training qualification through the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. A native of Northern Ireland, he has wide experience of conflict and post-conflict policing and security provision.
He has researched, designed implemented and delivered innovative community and police training programmes and has studied community engagement practices in the post conflict Balkan states, where he also worked with the United Nations. He has researched this area with the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe and has trained officers from a variety of international policing cultures and backgrounds.
Trevor holds an Fda Degree in Police Studies, BSc(Hons) Crime and Criminology and a Post Graduate Certificate in International Policing. He is a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management and the International Association of Chiefs of Police.

Peter Buckley MBA

Peter has an exceptionally strong track record in delivering improved performance and cultural change. With a focus on the health care sector, Peter has undertaken key leadership and board level roles encompassing the acute sector through community and primary care, to mental health and secure mental health care. As a consultant operating at the strategic level, Peter has worked with a number of NHS trusts to support business critical change management programmes and with the private health care sector, achieving and exceeding their business targets, while implementing radical and improved performance management and cultural change.
In addition to his health care focus, Peter provides consultancy to new businesses, providing feasibility studies, business plans and successful funding applications.
