Just noticed that the originator of the Cabinet Office phrase ‘universal provision with personalised delivery’ which I used in my last post ( and which is to be found in the ‘Putting people at the heart of local services’ booklet) David Miliband ( now Minister of Communities and Local Government) has started his own blog here. Should make interesting reading AND be an endless source of useable quotes (David to note please !)
